** Fault class I: Work can continue; there is no loss of production. First-level support provides assistance within the specified service and response times. Second-level interventions are planned in advance.
*** Fault class II: Production downtime that requires the fastest possible resolution. If 1st level support is unable to resolve the fault, it is escalated to 2nd level support. Both support teams provide assistance within the service and support hours specified in the offer.
**** All DataGerry features are included for the duration of one subscription when ordering before June 30, 2026. The term is considered interrupted if the subscription is canceled or not renewed.
